The Huffington Post came out in the 10th place spot for online News Sites bringing current events and global news, according to recently released Neilsen ratings. Its closest competitor was Google News at number nine. Google had 13.3 million unique hits, while Huffington had 13 million.
A number of NSNC columnists are frequent contributors to the Huffington Post Blog. The HuffPost is considered a top destination for news, commentary, and original content. It was named one of the 25 best blogs by Time last year and is rated first in 100 top blogs listed by Technorati Blog Directory. Read more at E&P
