Judging for the NSNC 2025 Columnist Contest is complete and all of the finalists have been notified via email. The winners will be announced at an online “Happy Hour Soiree” on July 17 at 7 p.m. EST. We hope each of you will be able to attend, and we look forward to honoring all of the outstanding work at the ceremony.

We had 155 entries this year in eight categories, including general interest print, general interest online, humor print, humor online, sports, lifestyle, crisis commentary and social justice.
