NSNC Education Chair Russell Frank reported a new column which made its debut in September at www.statecollege.com. The column will appear every Friday.
“I’ll no longer be in the Centre Daily Times,” said Frank, Associate Professor of Communications at Penn State University.
Frank worked as a reporter, editor and columnist at newspapers in California and Pennsylvania for 13 years before joining the Penn State journalism faculty in 1998.
He runs the annual college student writing contest to determine the winners in the NSNC scholarship program.
