NSNC member Judith Marks-White of Westport, Conn., reports that she has received two awards in the 2011 Connecticut Press Club Communicatins Contest for her column, “The Light Touch”, which has appeared weekly in the Westport News for the past 26 years.
She was awarded first plce for humorous columns “I am a Creamsicle” and “Resting in Peace” and third place for humorous columns “Dangerous to Your Health” and “When Push Comes to Shove.”
