New Column for Suzette Standring

Suzette Martinez StandringSuzette Martinez Standring is now writing a humor column for The Milton Patch, “The Funny Side of the Street.” The Milton Patch is part of AOL’s national network of on-line local newspapers.  She continues to write her syndicated religion column for GateHouse News Service.

Suzette also landed an agent, Rita Rosenkranz of the Rita Rosenkranz Literary Agency in Manhattan, for her book project, “Have Stepstool, Will Travel: Petite Women Speak of Stature.”  It is a collection of essays by
successful women, 5’3″ and under, about navigating the world at armpit level.  Contributors include Donna Shalala, the 5′ president of the University of Miami and former secretary of Health and Human Services under the Clinton Administration, and Chloe Dao, the 4’11 winning designer in 2005 of “Project Runway” a reality TV series.
