  1. I’m looking for resources for middle school and High School student that are interested in writing. I would like to find some contests that I could recommend to them for short writing essays to encourage them to start participating and learning how to write for publication and also follow guidelines.

I’ve identified one contest for Jr and Sr. High school kids that The Writer magazine sponsors called the Sylvia Burack Writing Award . Does anyone know of other contests for Middle School and High School level?
